The New Media Firm

Welcome to the New Media Firm

The New Media Firm is a full service political media consulting and advertising agency specializing in the integration of traditional and new media for democratic candidates and progressive organizations.

Congratulations!

We would like to send our congratulations out to the following campaigns that we were proud to be a part of in 2011:

Winning an Historic Victory for Workers’ Rights in Ohio

The We Are Ohio/ No on Issue 2 campaign waged an historic battle in support of collective bargaining rights, soundly defeating Issue 2 by a vote of 61% to 39%. The New Media Firm served as principal strategists and produced the television, radio, online, and print advertising. We are proud to be a part of one the most important victories for organized labor in a generation.

Protecting Voter Rights in Maine

The Protect Maine Votes/ Yes on Question 1 campaign stood up to an attack on voting rights by successfully waging a citizens’ veto of a law that tried to do away with Maine’s 40-year tradition of same day voter registration. The New Media Firm produced television and online ads, and is proud to have helped fend off one of the attacks on voting rights that are spreading across the country.

Landslide in Kentucky

The New Media Firm produced television and online advertising for Kentucky Family Values, an independent expenditure campaign in support of Governor Steve Beshear’s re-election. KSTV's Pure Politics called Kentucky Family Values’ August offensive against Republican David Williams, "the biggest development in the governor's race." Beshear was re-elected with 56% of the vote.

Re-Electing Pro-Education Legislators in New Jersey

In New Jersey, we helped the New Jersey Education Association PAC run a successful independent expenditure campaign to elect five strong allies of public education to the State Senate and General Assembly: the 14th District’s Linda Greenstein, Wayne DeAngelo and Daniel Benson; and the 38th District’s Robert Gordon and Connie Wagner.

Taking the Lead on Education Reform in New Jersey

The New Jersey Education Association is taking the lead in the education reform debate in New Jersey, because they know that education reform is too important to get wrong. The New Media Firm is proud to have produced television and online advertising for this historic reform effort.
